IDH's manufacturing services cover wafer fabrication, chip packaging, probe test, and finished product testing, logistics & shipments, and quality management systems (including design development and production process), reliability assurance and supply chain management.
IDH has obtained ISO9001 certification in Shanghai since May 2006 and started to implement Taiwan business since November 2010. Since then, IDH has accepted third-party surveillance audits on an annual basis, and accepted renewal audits every three years. The Company has obtained ISO9001:2015 certification since November 2017 and has maintained the standards till now.
IDH has established an information security management system within the Company. We have obtained ISO27001 certification in Shanghai since January 2008. Since then, we have accepted third-party supervision audit every year and renewal audit every three years. The Company has obtained ISO27001:2013 certification since November 2015 and has maintained the standards till now.
A comprehensive reliability qualification test program aims to support the reliability assurance of IDH. While strictly implementing related programs or plans, IDH has been involved in continuous improvements to meet customer needs.
The general reliability qualification test flow and reference standards are shown in the figure below. Specific details will be developed on-demand by field application support managers and customers.
